Happy Monday, friends! Last weekend’s mini session are already delivered, but I wanted to share a few favorites to brighten your Monday morning!
NOTE: You may notice that there aren’t any of those “pure gold” everyone looking at the camera and smiling shots – while I did get plenty of those, I’m choosing not to share them here as those are usually the images that are used on family Christmas cards. 😉
A chilly, wet day had me nervous but it turns out that I serve an awesome God and I have the best clients in the world so it ended up being a stellar day – we even saw snow! It was a winter wonderland at Jensen trees for a whole hour and we did our best to take advantage of it! The Kindschi’s got the winter wonderland slot and boy did they nail it!
The Cournoyers and Oberholtzers got the last little bits of snow – not shown – the massive umbrella that we used to shield Elliana between shots 😉 I love photographing this family – you may recognize them from Elliana’s newborn and 6 month photos!
The Ferrigno siblings and Cherie were excellent sports for a few Christmas sibling photos! I get to photograph the Fines every year – this year I got to do Little League sessions with Michael and Abram!
I met Kirsten at a volunteer event and she and Joe looked me up later for a mini maternity/anniversary session! Kirsten is also beginning her photography journey and we figured out that we took the same online photography class!
The MacKintosh’s had an adorable tickle fight <3
The Wells family played hide and seek and the kids could pretty much be models.
Taylor and Nathan were blessed with the only sunshine of the day! We took full advantage of the added warmth and soft late afternoon light! Taylor and I share a ridiculous excitement for bunches of Christmas trees all in one place so we got along fantastically. 🙂
And that’s a wrap for this year! For mini sessions anyway. 😉
